A reminder to parents that as part of School Board Policy #3121, an individual desiring to help as a volunteer in Noblesville Schools must complete a "Volunteer Data Sheet."

This information will be kept on record to help us best use your talents to help our students. This form will also be used as a permission slip for a Criminal History Records check, required if you plan to volunteer in our schools for tutoring, field trips and/or other school activities when you would have sole care, custody or control over students.

Forms are available in school offices. Please complete the form and return it to your child's school as soon as possible or at least several weeks prior to when you would like to be a school volunteer.

Those parents who completed a form last year do not have to complete another form.
